Elderberry Syrup Kit | Nourish & Defend
A immune support must have, our Nourish & Defend Elderberry Syrup Kit is more than just elderberries.
This blend of organic aronia, nettle, oatstraw, and rosehips offers deeper nourishment and immune support - more than just a syrup. Our kit combines traditional herbal wisdom with modern convenience and no preservatives.
Unlike pre-made syrups that can sit on shelves for months, this kit lets you create a small-batch, antioxidant-rich syrup at peak freshness, ensuring maximum immune support for the whole family.
Each kit contains 3.8oz and makes appox 16-24oz of elderberry syrup.
Benefits & Uses:
Organic Elderberries: Naturally rich in antioxidants and flavonoids, elderberries have been traditionally used to support immune function and soothe seasonal discomforts. When simmered into syrup, they create a deeply nourishing base that’s gentle enough for daily use and potent enough to support your body through the colder months.
Aronia Berries: Also known as chokeberries, aronia berries are packed with vitamin C and one of the highest antioxidant scores of any fruit. They help neutralize oxidative stress and support the body’s natural immune response. Slightly tart and tannic, they also balance the syrup’s flavor beautifully.
Rosehips: A concentrated source of vitamin C, bioflavonoids, and carotenoids, rosehips are often used to support immune resilience and healthy skin. Their gentle astringency also helps tone and support mucosal tissue in the respiratory system.
Nettle Leaf: A nutrient-dense, mineral-rich herb traditionally used to support the respiratory system, circulation, and healthy inflammatory responses. Nettle is particularly high in iron, magnesium, and calcium—making it a gentle yet powerful tonic herb during seasonal transitions or times of depletion.
Oatstraw: Soothing to the nervous system and packed with B vitamins, calcium, and silica, oatstraw helps restore mineral balance and calm the body under stress. It adds a gentle sweetness.
Cinnamon Stick: Warming and antimicrobial, cinnamon has traditionally been used to support digestion and circulation. It lends a cozy spice note to the syrup while offering gentle preservative qualities to your finished batch.
Dried Orange Slices: Beyond their vibrant citrusy flavor, oranges are a source of vitamin C and flavonoids that help brighten and balance the immune-supporting benefits of the berries and herbs. They also bring natural sweetness and brightness to the syrup.
